Updates: April 2025

It has been some time since I’ve posted here. Shortly before the New Year, our preprint “Eigenstructure Analysis of Bloch Wave and Multislice Matrix Formulations for Dynamical Scattering in Transmission Electron Microscopy” appeared on arXiv and our paper “Time-harmonic optical flow with applications in elastography” was accepted to and published in Inverse Problems. Since then, I’ve been busy preparing for substitute professorship in the summer semester 2025 at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, where I will teach the course on “Artificial Intelligence and Inverse Problems”. Before the start of the semester, “Convergence properties of ePIE and stochastic gradient methods for blind ptychography” was accepted to Analysis and Applications. Taking this opportunity, I also want to thank everyone who participated in the section “Mathematical Image and Signal Processing” at GAMM Annual Meeting 2025 co-organized by Stefania Petra and me.
